Poole's photo was posted by the Florida Lottery after his multi-million dollar win, but was quickly taken down after his past was brought to light by people who recognized him as a sexual predator who served three years in prison for his crime.

Now, people are wondering whether Poole deserves his winnings or if something can be done to at least make him donate a portion of it. His neighbor, Teri Forgette, told WESH 2 News that she knows the money is rightfully his, but that some should be given to his victim to help get her counseling.
According to Florida Lottery officials, a criminal past isn't a reason they'd withhold payments from a winner. Poole chose to take a lump sum of million after taxes were taken out, but whether or not he will donate any of it remains unknown.
